Local Emergency Fund
Assisting the needy in our community.
At Evangelical United Church of Christ, we know there will always be times when our neighbors face unexpected hardships. To meet those needs, we have established a Local Emergencies Fund that helps friends and families in our community during times of crisis.
This fund provides direct payments to utility companies, medical clinics, and other agencies on behalf of individuals and families who need urgent assistance. By working in partnership with local organizations, EUCC is able to extend care and relief in moments of stress, despair, or uncertainty.
In 2024 alone, EUCC donated $20,573.31 through various agencies, directly helping 381 families in need.
The Local Emergencies Fund is made possible through grants, donations, and the support of EUCC’s general fund. When you give to the church, you are also helping us continue this vital ministry of compassion and care for our neighbors.
